Terms of Service

UCFL HQ is a fan-run, non-commercial platform supporting a Roblox football league ("UCFL"). It provides rosters, schedules, stats tracking, signups, and a Discord bot for in-league transactions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc.

Access to certain features (signups, profile editing, coach tools, Discord-linked transactions) requires verifying ownership of a Roblox account, either through Roblox's official sign-in or through manual profile-code verification. You are responsible for keeping control of your own Roblox and Discord accounts; we are not responsible for actions taken through your account if your credentials are compromised outside of our platform.

Players and coaches are expected to act in good faith — no exploiting bugs, manipulating stats, or falsifying game results. Roster moves (signings, releases, trades) made through the Discord bot are subject to league rules, including salary cap and roster size limits, and are validated automatically. Attempts to circumvent these limits may result in a reversed transaction. League administrators have final discretion over disputes, rule interpretation, roster corrections, and enforcement actions, including suspension or removal from the league. Harassment, cheating, or abusive behavior toward other players, coaches, or administrators is not tolerated and may result in removal from the league or a ban from the platform.

Stats, results, and league records displayed on this site are maintained by league administrators based on submitted game data. While we aim for accuracy, errors can occur and may be corrected at any time without notice. Player profile content (bios, links) must not contain offensive, harassing, or inappropriate material — administrators may remove or edit such content at their discretion.

This is a volunteer-run platform. We make no guarantee of uptime, data permanence, or feature availability, and the site or any of its features may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time.

These terms may be updated as the league and platform evolve. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
