Overview
UCFL HQ ("we," "the league," "the site") is a fan-run Roblox football league platform. This page explains what information we collect from players and coaches, why we collect it, and how it's used. By using the UCFL site or signing in with your Roblox or Discord account, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Roblox account information — your Roblox username, user ID, and avatar image, obtained either through Roblox's official sign-in (OAuth) or through manual profile verification.
- Discord account information — your Discord user ID, linked only when you choose to connect your Discord account (e.g. to receive contract offers from teams through our bot). We do not access your Discord messages, servers, or other personal data beyond your user ID.
- League activity — roster assignments, contract/transaction history, coach assignments, and stats submitted for games you play in.
- Profile content — anything you choose to add to your player profile, such as a bio or social links.
We do not collect passwords. Sign-in is handled entirely through Roblox's own authorization system or manual profile-code verification — we never see or store a Roblox password.
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the league — rosters, schedules, standings, stats tracking.
- To power the Discord bot for signings, releases, and trades.
- To display public league content such as stats pages, rosters, and signup ratings.
- To communicate league announcements and moderate fair play.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
What's Public
Some information is inherently public as part of how the league operates — your Roblox username, avatar, stats, and roster status are visible to anyone visiting the site, similar to a public sports statistics site. Your Discord ID and any private signup answers are not displayed publicly.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain league data (stats, rosters, transaction history) indefinitely as part of the league's historical record. If you'd like your account unlinked, your Discord connection removed, or your profile data deleted, contact us using the information below and we'll process the request.
Third-Party Services
We use Roblox's official OAuth and API services to verify accounts and fetch public profile data, and Discord's API to power our bot. Use of those platforms is also subject to Roblox's Privacy and Cookie Policy and Discord's Privacy Policy.
